a co-lead developer in a 7-member team and, working in a transitioning
methodology from Waterfall to Agile, designed and developed the C# Windows Form
configuration application for the ASP.NET-based flagship product, IBS v6, a
customer care and billing suite of software products for the Cable and
Satellite TV industry (Configuration Module).

suite program (Query Module).

Owner and Subject Matter Expert in a back office tool that enhanced IBS v6
capabilities (Critical Actions).
- Responsible
for a C# Windows Form back office application that updated a database so users
could configure every user interface element of IBS v6 (Translation Manager).
- Developed
C# code-behind, ASP.NET-based forms for presentation layer in the core IBS v6 product.
- Resolved
software defects in IBS v5.4 (legacy Visual Basic 6 SP5 application) and its suite
of programs.

- Developed
web-based application to maintain (adding/removing) users of flagship product, “Workstyle”.
Maintained subscription bank, licensing mechanism, and accessed two SQL Server
databases. User interface completely database driven with custom-developed COM
DLLs providing additional technical functionality.

Project architecture transitioned from Visual Basic 6.0 webclasses
(browser-based) to ASP.NET (data grids) to C# (Windows form-based). Created
XML-based migration tools for legacy support. Developed and consumed Web
services for administrator authentication.
STELLCOM TECHNOLOGIES (now CalAmp), San Diego, CA 1998 –
3/2000
- Created POP3 mail web site to send and receive email using web interface (similar to Outlook Web Access). Project involved in-depth understanding of the standards of POP3 mail. Transitioned to Wireless Knowledge.
- Developed data import
project for California Buyer-Supplier network. ASP pages called Visual Basic 6
COM DLL that maintained SQL Server 6.5 database of company profiles. Web site (www.connectory.com) won 2002
Governor's Technology & Innovation Award.
- ASP-based corporate web site. Added full-text search functionality and PERL-based email feedback forms.
- Managed two technical writers creating technical documents needed for flagship product, “FormLogic”.

- Developed custom coursework
application using Authorware Professional for United Airlines to reduce time
and expense of bringing employees up to date with current regulations.
